Back in 2004 a pan of boiling water spilled into my lap an I was taken to hospital immediately. Although an operation was advised, I was reluctant to undergo the procedure.

Desperately looking for alternatives, I hit gold surfing the Internet: a scientific study was under way in Offenbach, Germany, investigating a promising method of treatment for active scarring and scars resulting from operations and injuries.

I decided to undergo training for UVM® and to be the first to introduce the method to Switzerland in order to be able help other people affected in this way.
